Tim Farmer jams on the stage of the historic Kentucky Theatre in Lexington, KY. This was his first live guitar performance in 25 years (since losing the use of his right arm in a motorcycle accident) and he brought the house to it's feet, the place was rockin! This guy didn't just sort of pick and play, he absolutely blew the audience away jammin' at a Chuck Berry pace. Speechless, all I could do was stand there and smile from ear to ear, the kind of smile that you couldn't wipe of your face if there were a gun to your head. It was one of those rare times in life when you're so struck by something all you can do is let the emotion and energy flow through your Cheshire Cat sized smile. Tim truly brought the house down that night.
Nick is a living legend, he's taller than Daniel Boone and a little better fighter. Nick's a supporter of our Constitution. He's a photographer, and avid camper. Nick slaps men at random just to keep his edge. A grizzly bear attacked Nick while he was unarmed, within seconds the bear was on it's back and Nick was burning it's chest with a Kentucky grown cigar. Nick spent 10 years lookin' for Bigfoot, just so he could challenge it to a fist fight. Nick extracted his own wisdom teeth.
Some Truth about the Man
- Nick Koch Weiler - Artistic Black & Whites
- Nick's developed his own style over the years, a dark style with heavy shadows, the movement is spared resulting in a haunting, dramatic effect in his work. Nick almost exclusively uses old school film era Takumar lenses...ask Nick why, he'd love to tell you..
